Verdict
A competitive field goes to post for this handicap hurdle and most of the runners would have a chance on their best form including Scarface, Diamonds Will Do and Bodfari Creek and we will take a chance on Scarface. The six year old was a good third behind Modem last time out. He has dropped again in the weights for that effort and looks to be on a winning mark and with conditions in his favour he will be hard to beat. Diamonds Will Do rates the main danger he is a course and distance winner, however he gave the impression the handicapper had caught up with him when disappointing last time out so for that reason he is opposed on this occasion. Bodfari Creek is also worthy of respect on his best placed form but he still remains a maiden after 16 attempts. Of the remainder Good Potential is in form but he is better over a longer trip so we are happy to stick with Scarface.
