Verdict

Dee Eire has hinted at ability in bumpers as has Waterloo Quay but the latter was entered in the 6.25 Aintree last night. Brian Hughes, who rode the winner last year for Donald McCain’s yard, has chosen Irish import KEROSINE LIGHT ahead of the former pointer Copper Fox and the hint should be taken. Mr Biggs, half-brother to a winning jumper, would not need to be anything special to make an impact on debut.
