In depth

Verdict

The progressive Isthebaropen has been raised a further 7lb bidding for a hat-trick of handicap wins after scoring at Warwick. But several have shown good progress in novice company including Could Be Trouble. The latter defied a 10lb penalty when scoring at Uttoxeter but hasn’t raced since May and DAZZLING GLORY has a fitness advantage. The latter won at Sedgefield earlier in the month and that looks stronger form than Saturn 'n Silk’s course and distance success last month. The returning Getaweapon isn’t out of this either in what looks an open contest.
