In depth

Verdict

Catchin Time won three times at the start of the year but is high enough in the weights at present. FRED LE MACON is still a maiden but has been knocking on the door this summer and will probably never get a better chance to open his account even though he's been raised 4lb since his second at Exeter. Bears Rails makes his seasonal reappearance but may have some scope having only had the three runs so far over hurdles. It's more than a year since Drumlang showed any worthwhile form and Murray Mount was still beaten more than 30 lengths when second at Chepstow so Norse Light looks best of the rest.
