In depth

Verdict

Mutual Respect showed decent form in bumpers last term, has shown promise in both starts over hurdles this season and should be suited by the step up in trip so gets the vote to open his account over timber here, getting the verdict ahead of Mister Gloss and Sullumo. The last mentioned is less exposed than most of these and Charlie Mann's gelding should come on for his reappearance run and debut outing for his new stable at Hereford earlier this month. Malcolm Jefferson's Justtheoneforyou should improve for his latest start but needs to, while Sir Pandy needs to improve on all known form to trouble the judge. Super Nick has disappointed over hurdles so far and looks best watched so a bigger threat may come from Mister Gloss, who has shown a consistent level of form so far. Mutual Respect stands out on all known form though and he is preferred.
