In depth
Verdict
A very tricky fillies handicap that may fall to Yomalo, with Pascali and Gojo two of many dangers. This daughter of Woodborough had a successful three-year-old campaign landing a maiden at Beverley and a handicap at Lingfield. Her recent effort behind Mynd will have blown away any cobwebs and she should be spot on for this. Pascali is superbly bred so no doubt like many of these her future lies in the breeding shed, however she showed plenty of ability last season including an excellent fourth behind Star Of Arabia in a similar contest to this. Gojo is the one with recent form, her second behind Amelia at Nottingham last week reads pretty well in the context of this event and she will be a tough nut to crack. Others to watch out for in the market are Bahamian Belle and I Wish, but after much deliberation we will side with Yomalo.
