In depth
Verdict
Quite a competitive handicap to complete the card and we like the look of Holbeck Ghyll, with Andantino, Kallista's Pride and Parkside Pursuit all capable of being involved in the finish. Andrew Balding's charge finally hit the winning note last time after showing tremendous potential as a juvenile. He came from off the pace to just get up ion the shadows of the post at Salisbury and with that victory under his belt there is no reason why he cannot score again in this similar company. Kallista's Pride has been a revelation this season and with Hayley Turner value for her three pound claim there is no reason why this one shouldn't be right there again. Meanwhile Parkside Pursuit has been knocking on the door recently and once again has place claims. However a bigger threat to the selection may be Adantino who gained an overdue success at Windsor last time. So a tricky finale for punters to work out but Holbeck Ghyll cannot be ignored now he's found the winners enclosure.
