Verdict
Ask The Guru has failed to score in 20 races since making a winning debut in 2012 but this represent a drop in grade and he should go close. Comptonspirit won this last year from a 2lb higher mark but that was her first success since 2011 and she's done little since. CLEAR FOCUS was all out to hold off Go Charlie and Elite Freedom, who run in the opener, here last month and is 4lb higher. But she's only a three-year-old so may have a bit more to offer. Spray Tan showed a bit more at Chepstow last time but most of the others could pop up at any time if in the mood.
