In depth

Verdict

Those to have raced don't appear anything special so perhaps the well-bred HAIRSTYLE can make a winning debut. Sir Michael Stoute's horse is the first foal of Yorkshire Oaks winner Quiff, a mud-loving, top-class mare, and the trainer has a 50% strike-rate with juvenile runners here in recent years. With that in mind Hairstyle looks to have obvious paper-credentials with a mile likely to be a suitable test, so she's taken to prove too good for Inimitable Romanee who certainly caught the eye on debut, but she may need 1m4f on better ground. It'll be interesting to see if support arrives for Lady Bridget ahead of her second start and if it does take note, Pandorica will cope with conditions but needs to step up on the form she shown to date while Geblah certainly looks one to keep an eye on but she'll surely improve for better ground.
