In depth

Verdict

DOWAYLA (NAP) led everywhere bar the final yards under a lovely front-running ride last time and it was no disgrace to be beaten by an improving sort in Euro Nightmare. It was good to see the Godolphin filly return to form and she's taken to gain her reward against mainly out-of-form types. International Law may emerge as the leading threat as he's plenty of scope for progression after just five starts, has a course win to his name and ran a satisfactory race when unplaced in better company at Haydock last time, for which he has been dropped 2lb. He should go well off a mark of 77. Arctic Sea has only had one of six career starts on Turf but that outing proved a winning one and he could be of interest back on the grass off bottomweight.
