      Verdict

      If I Were A Boy, Avocadeau and Tempuran are similar in that all three have failed to figure off higher marks since winning earlier in the year. By contrast, Shalimah has slipped down the weights this season and a first-time visor may bring about further improvement. But MERRITT ISLAND makes most appeal despite a penalty for winning at Nottingham last week as this extra distance looks sure to suit Sir Mark Prescott's filly and she gets the nod.
