Verdict
Skate is the obvious one of interest as Roger Charlton asks his Verglas colt to take on his elders on his seasonal reappearance stepping into handicap company for the first time. A progressive juvenile campaign concluded with a cosy success in a Haydock maiden and he could be extremely well treated off an initial handicap mark of 80. However, he may be sent off at very skinny odds and does face some battle-hardened opposition, notably DOMINIUM. Admittedly, the Gask sprinter is fully exposed but could well represent a tad of value here as he's gone well on all starts this season when appearing slightly unlucky a couple of times. He'd be an interesting each-way option too if all eight stand their ground. Course and distance winners Silverrica, Dreams Of Glory and Verus Delicia are also noted and preferred in that order.
