YURITUNI could be a warm order for this but could face fierce opposition from Katehari and Admirable Duchess. The selection landed a touch when taking a competitive nursery at York and was well supported when finishing second from a 6lb higher mark at Doncaster. The primary concern is the drop back in trip as she needed every yard of the six furlongs at York and again stayed on strongly over seven on Town Moor. However, her mark is sure to be raised again and she has an obvious chance. Katehari was well held in a Newmarket maiden that has thrown up plenty of winners on debut but stepped up on that form to win at Windsor where she showed good battling qualities. She'll be suited by further in due course but has been allotted a fair mark and must go well. Admirable Duchess has run to a similar level in three competitive maidens and looks poised for a big run with Callan taking over the steering for the first time. Quaker Parrot, Any Day and My Mandy aren't forlorn hopes but Yurituni sets the standard, is ahead of the handicapper and is preferred.
