Verdict

Sovereign Waters is the only one with experience but ran as though something was amiss at Newbury last time. She'd shaped better on her debut effort at Salisbury, but this won't take much winning and the newcomer WASEEM FARIS may be up to it. Mick Channon's colt is a half-brother to Baby Queen, who has won here and runs earlier on the card, and also boasts an entry in the Two-Year-Old Trophy later in the season. Stablemate Tinzapeas is related to a host of winners and could figure, while Purley Queen makes more appeal than Takeitfromalady as the latter may need a longer trip to show her best.
