Sound Blaster is taken to give in-form jockey Martin Dwyer further success in Jeff Smith's colours at the expense of Avesomeofthat and Aurelia. Sound Blaster looked ill at ease on the fast ground when taken off his feet behind Gwaihir on his Newbury debut, but handled similar conditions when fourth at Chepstow next time. Therefore, todays underfoot terrain should not worry connections too much as he bids to improve again. Avesomeofthat was caught in the slipstream of Punctilious at Salisbury so should go well here, but Aurelia is bred to be a middle distance filly next year. Jamie Osborne's juveniles have been in great form all year so Red Rag, down the field at Kempton on his debut, can come on for the run, along with Qaadimm who got bogged down in the soft ground at Sandown. All in all, this looks a suitable opportunity for Sound Blaster to oblige.
