Verdict
Tony Carroll sent out the winner of this Summer Sprint Final last year and Top Boy has decent claims bidding for a hat-trick. He’s preferred to stablemate Essaka, who finished behind Awsaaf over 5f here last time and the latter is another to consider attempting a four-timer along with BAY WATCH. Tracey Barfoot-Saunt’s charge has won all three outings for his new yard and given the ease of his latest success at Lingfield, a further 7lb rise may not be enough to anchor him in this. Devils Roc won over track and trip though disappointed at Salisbury on Friday but Delagate This Lord and Three Little Birds have apprentices' claims to ease their burdens. Tawaafoq faces a more difficult task than when beating Catheadans Fury here last month.
