In depth
Verdict
Just the four runners following Gentleman At Arms’ defection. Singing The Blues is something of a standing dish here but is due some leniency from the handicap. WARNE’S ARMY went close back on Turf at Pontefract and the winner followed up at Beverley on Wednesday. Summeronsevenhills was third in the Lingfield Derby Trial last year so is no mug and he makes more appeal than Jazz Party, unexposed but having a first run on Turf following a lengthy break.
