        Verdict

        RODE TWO DESTINY finished third over the slightly shorter trip here on her racecourse debut. Peter Makin's filly need find only normal improvement to get her head in front in this company. The Name Is Don and The Wicked Lord were both well beaten in handicaps last time and King's Ciel and Larwood have failed to build on promising efforts earlier in the season. Red Bay may improve on her Newmarket debut, however, and the newcomer Breeze On Bye is worth noting.
