        Verdict

        SWIRRAL EDGE improved throughout her first campaign culminating in a victory at Ayr in October. She reappeared over an extended 6f at Doncaster last month and was in the lead at this trip so will take some beating here off just 1lb higher. Inclination showed potential in two runs at Dundalk and ran quite well on her debut for Clive Cox here last month so she should be winning soon. Iceaxe landed a minor handicap at Thirsk and started favourite in a big field on a return visit but faded after leading for much of the way. Evening Starlight has only ever run on Polytrack at Lingfield where she's won twice including dead-heating last time. This is a slight step-up in class while three times winner Powerful Dream looked in the handicapper's grip at Wolverhampton in March.
