Verdict
A competitive handicap with The Gaikwar, Adobe, Fleet Anchor and Beauty Of Dreams all in with a chance but the vote goes to the last named. Beauty Of Dreams had been running well and with a win under his belt at Brighton on his penultimate run he looked a horse full of confidence. He did disappoint last time out but if that can be ignored he looks the type to bounce back and win this. The Gaikwar won around Bath last month and has put in some sound efforts since, but he is always slow into stride and makes up ground very late and for that reason is frustrating as he should win more than he does. Adobe comes from a yard not in form and although he has run some decent races he is not getting any younger. Fleet Anchor does come from a yard in form and ran with credit last time out when fourth of Fifteen at Warwick and is worth noting, but for the winner we return to Beauty Of Dreams.
