In depth
Verdict
Hallingham has run well in both outings for his new yard, but has twice been caught before the winning post at this distance and may need to be dropped in trip. Rowlestonerendezvu is relatively unexposed, but hasn’t offered much encouragement to date, comments which also apply to the disappointing Eben Dubai. In a weak contest, AVOCADEAU could be the answer. He has a good record at Bath and won over course and distance back in April under similarly fast conditions. Vexillum went close here last Thursday and can chase the winner home.
