In depth

Verdict

'Very game' is the best description for SHERMAN MCCOY's win last time at Kempton and despite having to deal with a revised mark here we side with Rod Millman's runner in front of Callisto Moon and Hawkridge King. Despite just holding on for that last win the pick didn't seem to be stopping and after displaying that likable attitude we think he can follow-up especially now he's sharper for the run. Callisto Moon will be fit from a spell hurdling and was an easy winner on his penultimate start on the level. He should be still well treated based on that but has a bit to prove after his last run off this mark. Hawkridge King looked at his best when just missing out at Newmarket on his last run but in the past he has needed his first run back while a visor has made all the difference for Cool Strike, who looks a leading player again with his yard in top form. Plenty of these have fitness to prove and we go for the only that hasn't and Sherman McCoy.
