      Verdict

      It's taken time but CASE KEY finally returned to form last time when just denied at Thirsk. He's up 3lb for that improved effort but is still 1lb lower than when achieving his last success at Newmarket last August. He has gone well here in the past too and the firm ground is no issue. Tigerwolf is a model of consistency and is another who will be unfazed by the very quick conditions. He has been raised another 3lb for his latest effort when a Brighton runner-up but is one for all shortlists, especially as the booking of Oisin Murphy takes the eye. Desert Sport is on a fair mark at present and produced a decent effort on good to firm earlier this month behind Bashiba.
