Verdict

Winning point-to-pointer Georgelle showed her first sign of form over timber when stepped up to this trip for the first time at Sligo three weeks ago and looks sure to get competitive. Cruise On Back landed a 2m4f bumper at Roscommon before finding the minimum trip over hurdles too short at Galway. He can go well here despite his penalty but Garamor Boy, despite having strong form in handicaps, is still a maiden after 23 starts over hurdles and is difficult to fancy on that evidence. Sirius Bay ran very well when a close third to Hamalka over 2m1f here last month but potential punters will be taking a chance on his staying prowess as that is the furthest he has been. MULGRAVE STREET has little experience but looked a potential future winner when noted staying on over 2m4f at Killarney in May and is given the nod in what looks a tricky maiden.
