Verdict

El Cap had only raced on the all-weather before an impressive victory in a Thirsk maiden. He's progressing nicely and should make a bold bid to complete the double despite being 10lb higher than his last handicap mark. BAHAMA MOON last won at Pontefract on soft ground in October and is now back on the same mark. He's also won on heavy ground so he's taken to concede weight all round. Zodiakos carried a big weight to victory at Ayr while Character Onesie won't mind the conditions, though he doesn't win very often. None of the bottom trio can be ruled out in a tight little handicap.
