Verdict
With doubts concerning the going and trip for the likes of Tass Heel and Most Definitely, a chance is taken on Kahyasi Princess from Mark Johnston's in-form stable. Tass Heel is well enough treated to take a hand here but is a better horse on a faster surface so is probably best watched today. Most Definitely is unraced on going softer than good and is not certain to handle it, while Nightwatchman is by the miler Hector Protector and is not guaranteed to stay today's longer trip. Haystacks will have no problems with the ground but has not shown much in recent starts on the level and we prefer to side with Kahyasi Princess. Mark Johnston's filly steps up to two miles for the first time today but has been crying out for a staying distances since making her debut in April. Soft ground should not be a problem and, with improvement anticipated for the longer trip, she gets the vote.
