      Verdict

      Ann Duffield has won this twice in the past four years and Lolamotion has shown enough to be respected. Paul Midgley won it last year but the winner had plenty of experience unlike today's newcomer Twentysvnthlancers. Mustn't Grumble won a Ripon seller before last of three at Wolverhampton while Priory landed a maiden on Polytrack at Lingfield then was well beaten in a much better race at Windsor. ROARING RORY showed the benefit of his run at Catterick with a better performance at Redcar where he finished strongly behind Halsall. This stiffer track will suit and he can get off the mark for Ollie Pears, who also has Whispering Wolf entered on a lowly claiming price.
