Verdict
DANEHILLSUNDANCE can carry his penalty to victory at the chief expense of fellow recent winners Just Bond and Fujin Dancer. David Brown's gelding scored handsomely here last time out and could be fairly treated under his penalty. He has now won two races at the track and with the ground in his favour again a bold bid is expected. Ancient Cross was a winner at Catterick in October and is respected on this comeback run, Celtic Change is well-handicapped on his old form, whilst the drop in trip will suit the well-handicapped Bolodenka. Fujin Dancer really caught the eye when finishing second at Musselburgh and duly made amends by scoring easily at Hamilton. He is in great form but his higher mark makes life tough. Just Bond's beating of Kidlat looks solid form and his young jockey is good value for his claim, Deadly Secret represents a yard in great nick and is edging down the weights, whilst Samarinda is thrown-in on his all-weather form but is not as good on turf. Lakeman is not discounted from a nice racing weight, however the nod is given to Danehillsundance.
