      Verdict

      THANKYOU VERY MUCH, who won on this card a year ago, has never raced on heavy going but has produced a couple of fair efforts on ground with some give. She didn't get much of a run behind Maybeme here last time and, as she's only 1lb higher than her last winning mark, she looks the one to be on. Bold And Free won a seller here in September but has shown little subsequently and though Saint Thomas has a good record on the track his recent form leaves plenty to be desired. Unex Michelangelo should soon be taking advantage of a dramatic slip in the weights though he doesn't have a very good strike-rate and Rex Whistler is still a maiden.
