Verdict

NOMOREBLONDES is 6lb higher than her win at York in July but is well drawn and this is less competitive. She gets a speculative vote ahead of Ice Trooper, who is better drawn then the hat-trick-seeking Lady Kildare and may reverse earlier form at Newcastle. Boy The Bell has done all of his winning over longer trips, but the front-running Anjomarba should have less problem with the drop back in distance. Forever's Girl is better on the all-weather, however, and there's been cut in the ground on all four occasions Captain Scooby has got his head in front.
