        Distant Mist (USA) Won his only start (on all-weather) in March; long absence may not be a problem and has the best of the draw. Lack of form on turf is a concern.

        Maktavish Outclassed in Windsor Castle Stakes last time; claims on earlier form although is badly drawn.

        Aunty Mary Did not seem to get six furlongs in decent nursery at York last month; back to best trip here and will appreciate any further rain.

        Goldeva Has failed to win since landing debut race at Chester but has been running well in defeat including when seventh behind Astonished at Doncaster last time; has to be respected back against own generation.

        Born Special Well beaten both starts so far; looks out of his depth in this company.

        Mr Spliffy (IRE) Badly drawn and little sign of ability in four career outings.

        Night Shift Blue's (IRE) Showed improved form to chase home Quest For Glory at Hamilton last time; more improvement needed here, but is at least well drawn.

        Tedsdale Mac Has only raced over six or seven furlongs so far; not certain to be suited by the drop to the minimum.

        Addo (IRE) Course and distance winner in July; has been off the boil since but stable in better form now.

        Who's On First (IRE) Debut for son of Common Grounds; any further rain may help.
