        Verdict

        Several of these are penalised for recent wins. Thatcherite missed the whole of last year but scored at Wetherby last week while Dapper Man won at the same track earlier and still carries 6lb extra despite finishing behind FOXY BOY at Redcar three days ago - the latter remains unexposed and should go close again. Storm Trooper and Roaring Rory are not badly treated on past winning form while the likes of Archie Stevens and Minty Jones are looking to end long losing runs but both were placed on their latest outings.
