Verdict

A small field goes to post for the last on the card but it is competitive none the less and the principals look to be Gone'n' Dunnett, The Baroness and Tuscan Flyer and we will take a chance on Gone'n' Dunnett. The four year old was a good second behind Loch Inch last time out and a reproduction of that effort would make him hard to beat. Tuscan Flyer won a handicap a couple of runs ago when defeating Xaanadu but that form has since been let down and this looks tougher. The Baroness is another in form but she is best when dominating and she may be taken on for the lead here. Of the remainder Due To Me and Hazy Morn are from shrewd yards and are worth noting in the market but they have long absences to overcome so we are happy to side with Gone'n' Dunnett.
