    Verdict

Sea Jade gets our vote here ahead of Chicksaw Trail and Wilom. Chicksaw Trail was three lengths behind Sea Jade on soft going over this trip at Nottingham last time, and they meet on the same terms today. Given that he has proven that he acts here, then Sea Jade gets the vote for us today. Wilom also acts here and holds solid claims on the best of his Sussex efforts, while Zinging would hold a good chance based on his summer 2002 Brighton form, but has a little to prove overall right now. Don't fully exclude him from the picture, though, but the others seem to have more to prove back on Turf. Once again, then, the vote goes to Sea Jade.
