Verdict

COME ON DAVE won on his first visit to this quirky course last month and followed up at Lingfield. That’s earned him an additional 6lb but the hat-trick still beckons for John Butler’s in-form sprinter. Super Julius got back to winning ways at Wolverhampton but also has a penalty and it remains to be seen if the cheekpieces work a second time. It will be a surprise if any of the remaining trio are good enough on today’s terms, though Kestrel Call is well treated on past form.
