      Form on soft ground is in short supply but a chance is taken on EIGHT MILE showing further improvement having gone close over today’s trip at Newcastle a fortnight ago. Greavsie is penalised for making all over a longer trip at Ffos Las and may get taken on for the lead by Beauld As Brass, a runner-up over 6f here last time. The remainder have little to recommend them with most making their handicap debuts.
