      Verdict

      George Baker trained last year's winner Ishiamber but this year's representative, Bountybeamadam, was well beaten over track and trip a fortnight ago. Mister Musicmaster has strong claims on his recent second at Wolverhampton but SARANGOO is preferred. The latter won a higher grade contest than this at Kempton last time and Richard Hughes rides this quirky course as well as anybody. Ocean Legend won at the track last year but does the vast majority of his winning on the all-weather and Freddy With A Y usually contrives to find at least one too good.
