Verdict

It’s difficult to make a strong case for any of this bunch so only a speculative vote goes to ALTAIRA, who was placed off today’s mark over course and distance on his penultimate start. No No Cardinal popped-up at Bath in July but was well beaten at Chepstow last time while Highlife Dancer has failed to figure since winning an amateurs’ race over 1m2f at Nottingham last month. Hawk Moth is a multiple course winner but arrives out of form and it was soft ground when World Record scored over track and trip last year.
