We kick off with a handicap which looks the toughest race on card where we marginally prefer course and distance winner NAMU over Best One while Loyal Royal could feature in the places. After running a close up fourth when 1lb worse off last time the selection is now down to her last winning mark. Course form can be a big plus at this venue so as one of the few in this field with a win at this track she looks the call. Much of Best One's chances will depend on his run on Wolverhampton on Friday. Unless that is a disaster he looks fairly treated and with a win at this course in the past he remains on the list. Loyal Royal remains really well weighted on the pick of his runs and after a spark on form on his last two runs he could get into the places at a price. Boldinor won on his reappearance but struggled under this burden last time so in an open contest Namu looks to have most in her favour.
