AQUA ARDENS carried over a frustrating run of placed efforts on the all-weather to this track last time when runner-up over 7f. Twice a winner over course and distance last year, he gets another chance. Mark Johnston's good strike rate at the track brings Heavy Metal into the reckoning off his current mark and Fleckerl has a shout back on fast ground. Wolverhampton winner Take A Note returns to action off a 5lb higher mark but Baby Bush continues to struggle.
