      Verdict

      There was barely a length between Prim And Proper and STYBBA at Salisbury in June. Andrew Balding's maiden is 4lb better off here and entitled to reverse the form so gets the nod with a visor fitted after a couple of decent efforts on the Polytrack at Kempton. Cape Summit has been knocking on the door on the all-weather and is better treated on Turf. He must go on the short-list while Hawk Moth has a very good record here, despite last month's seventh over 7f. Ffos Las winner Improvized will be a factor if the ground has turned soft but Bloodsweatandtears and Meddling are both returning from a break.
