        Verdict

        Provender is from a top yard and has shown a modicum of ability over a verity of trips but he looks far from straight forward and he may be worth taking on at likely odds. Holly Rose won on this course over six furlongs last time out and did not appear to be stopping so she should relish this extra furlong and her young apprentice takes a handy seven pounds off her back and she looks capable of winning off this mark. Night Cap also rates a danger but his best form is on the AW tracks and he has enough weight for what he has shown on turf of late. Soltaat was an unlucky loser last time out and he could go well and this hold up performer could be the value if the gaps fall right for him. Elucidate is also worth a look in the market running off this lowly mark.
