      Verdict

      PIVOT POINT sets the standard with a mark of 74 and drops down a couple of grades for this with Richard Hughes taking over the reins. He gets the vote. Little failed to improve on her earlier debut when third at Bath last time but Star Pursuits finished closer on her latest start at Thirsk. Alexi is hard to fancy and neither of the newcomers look anything special on breeding.
