      Verdict

      Fred recorded a double on the all-weather earlier in the year but has looked high enough in the weights since while Tin Hat has a bit to prove over this far judged on previous efforts. DE VEGAS KID (NAP) has won four of seven outings here so far including when last at this venue back in 2019. He can race off a lower mark today so Tony Carroll’s charge gets the nod. Spirit Warning looks best of the rest if improving on his second outing after wind surgery.
