        Verdict

        Fantasy Defender and Prince Valentine have the best recent form on show and have to be respected, however we will take a chance with Zafarilla. Pat Eddery's charge is making her seasonal debut having had three outings over five furlongs as a juvenile. She is superbly bred by Zafonic out of a Green Desert mare and will be seen to much better effect over this mile distance. Prince Valentine has to be a major threat having comfortably landed a course and distance seller last time. Meanwhile Fantasy Defender comes into the argument on his third here behind the in form Out For A Stroll. In a wide open contest course winner Zingling is also capable of getting involved, however we expect the step up in trip to show Zafarilla in a much better light and she gets our vote.
