    Verdict

Triggerlo has been placed twice over the minimum trip but has disappointed on his last two starts so MARYGOLD is preferred. She was beaten only a length when third at Goodwood last month and a reproduction of that effort would be good enough to land this. John Akehurst's filly gets the vote ahead of The New Black, who is likely to have improved for her debut at Salisbury a fortnight ago, though Miss Conduct showed some promise when third at the same track on her first start. Monessa has plenty to find and newcomer Our Cool Cat makes little appeal on breeding.
