Verdict
Lady McNair has the benefit of previous experience on this tricky course having landed a maiden over this trip here earlier in the month. Peter Cundell's showed a most determined attitude to outbattle the runner-up (pair well clear) and she should go well on her handicap bow off her current mark. Cayman Venture has shown himself to be a most consistent performer but remains a maiden and looks a shade high at the weights judged on his latest effort. Just Say Yes took advantage of a drop in grade to land a Catterick maiden last time and is another to consider off a potentially lenient mark.
