In depth

Verdict

Derek Duval went close at Wolverhampton recently and Stormingin ran well for second at Doncaster last month albeit in soft ground. Poetic Force can race off a lower mark back on Turf and steps back up in distance while Arctic Sea is another to consider on his placed effort at Lingfield. ELTEZAM has also been in the mix at Lingfield in higher grade contests than this. He’s slid 10lb down the weights since joining Amanda Perrett’s yard last summer and looks set to strike off his current mark.
