In depth

Verdict

Big Occasion won over hurdles here in February and can only improve on his debut third over the larger obstacles over C&D last month. But SEE WHAT HAPPENS produced a more promising performance when runner-up to Big Occasion's stablemate African Broadway over 3m1f at Wetherby and can go one better today as he, too, has won over hurdles here as has King's Grace. Donald McCain's gelding made all here back in December but hasn't raced since. Cloudy Too was an easy winner over hurdles at Newcastle in March but three previous tries over fences have been disappointing and Sue Smith also has Vintage Star in the line-up.
