Verdict
Houston Dynimo got off the mark at the seventh time of asking over hurdles when winning a handicap by seven lengths at Market Rasen. He looks vulnerable on this stiffer course under a penalty, however, with Proud Times sure to build on a couple of seconds last season and both Ingleby Spirit and former Luca Cumani inmate Loden bringing winning form on the Flat into the race. John Ferguson has made a terrific start to his training career and it may be significant that he sends French import MONARCH'S WAY all the way from Newmarket for this. He may have the class to make a winning debut over timber.
